TRAINING FROM HOME

Our group classes are built around the methodology of Functional Fitness, taught by some of the most capable and charismatic coaches in the Bay Area. We take our classes through a dynamic warm-up (including basic body care tricks!), a weight training or skill session, a metabolic conditioning (cardio) session and a cool down.
